Hisense 32H3E EEPROM UF1 for TV not powering on


If your Hisense 32H3E has a red front LED, but does not respond to power on command then you may need this kit CTVRL-NO-PB-0078.

Coppell TV Repair LLC offers repair kit CTVRL-NO-PB-0078 for a problem we have seen and successfully repaired in Hisense 32H3E LED TV main board LHD32D37US.

The failure symptom we've seen is a TV that has a red LED on, but does not respond to power on command.

The culprit turned out to be the UF1 EEPROM memory on the main board, which is what the kit contains.

Since the EEPROM is responsible for so much more than turning on the TV it is possible that other failure symptoms may be addressed by it too...but this is the one we've experienced and advertise it for.

Similarly, chances are that there are other issues on the board that may cause the same failure symptom, e.g. a failed main processor or oscillator would result in the same.

As such we can not be certain and do not warrant this kit will fix your problem.

IMPORTANT!!! HISENSE 32H3E HAS DIFFERENT BATCHES UTILIZING DIFFERENT LCD PANELS INSIDE. THOSE DIFFERENT PANELS REQIRE DIFFERENT HANDLING AND THIS IS WHY IT IS CRUCIAL THAT YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT EEPROM VERSION.

THE EASIEST WAY TO FIND THAT IS BY LOOKING AT THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PARTICULAR TV THAT IS BEING REPAIRED AND CHOOSE FROM THE OPTIONS ACCORDINGLY; LET US KNOW IF YOUR TV'S S/N IS NOT LISTED!

Coppell TV Repair LLC does not guarantee that this product is all that is needed to resolve the problems with your TV.

Most of the repair kits we offer are based on first hand experience servicing boards at our repair facility. 

Over time they may get expanded with our own experience or information from manufacturer service bulletins, customer feedback etc.

Yet failure can be unique and there can not be guarantee that what has worked one, ten or even hundred times will also work the next one.

Just as important, every repair involves about equal portion of quality of parts and quality of worksmanship and as we have no control over the worksmanship quality unless we are the ones performing it we would be unwise to provide warranty of the products utilized by that worksmanship.

As such, no warranty is offered on this product once the components in it are soldered on a board.

If you would like warranty please see if a REPAIR SERVICE is offered instead of a kit. Unless otherwise noted all our repair services do come with a standard warranty.

When shipping method is specified during payment it is our first choice to utilize that method for shipping.
Yet sometimes it is not possible or may result in delays, e.g. a late Friday FedEx shipping of inexpensive and durable product may have a chance of being shipped in Friday than the following Monday; in such cases we reserve the right to substitute FedEx Ground with USPS Priority and, in some very rare cases, USPS First Class service. If shipping costs differ significantly you are in your right to contact and request price adjustment.

When shipping option for the order is "Free shipping" we will usually utilize cheapest available method.

    What this means is that if you choose any of the above services as your delivery method you agree to hold us free of claims against loss of value should your package gets damaged or lost in the carrier system as long as the tracking information by the carrier shows the package was accepted by them and processed into their system.
