SERVICE DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ IN FULL!
Coppell TV Repair LLC offers a REPAIR SERVICE for the main board 756TXACB5K005 / TXACB5K00502 / TXACB5K00503 / TXACB5K00504Q / TXACB5K05203 / 756TXBCB5K00903 / TXBCB5K00902Q as shown in the picture and used in the 42'' Vizio E422VA LED TV.
REPAIR SERVICE means you have to send us your defective board which we will service, test and return back to you.
The PCB number on the board can be 715G4365-M0G-000-005K or 715G4365-M01-000-005K.
We have seen the main board of Vizio E422VA fail in different ways. Here are some of them:
1) Totally dead TV not responding to any buttons; front LED either off or low white (not full brightness or at least we have not seen it fail that way)
2) Front LED blinking endlessly or blinking for 20 or so times before stopping and upon pressing the power button again blink 20 or so times.
3) Loss of HDMI inputs or loss of sound
Note that neither of those (maybe with exception of loss of HDMI inputs) is certain to be caused by the main board! Those are just symptoms we've observed when the main board was, in fact, found to be bad.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Advertised price is the maximum price you will pay and includes the return shipping costs within USA. Surcharge applies for international returns.
You start the process through the orange button on the page by filling a short form with your contact information and a brief description of the problem.
An email with shipping instructions is automatically sent once you submit the form to the email address you provide.
You then package and send the board to us. You pay for the shipping to a carrier of your choice and nothing to us at this point.
Once we receive the board and open the box we test it and act depending on what we find out.
If the board arrives in working order you will be charged with a a diagnostic fee of up to $25 plus the return shipping costs, i.e. less than the advertised repair cost.
If the board is bad then we attempt to repair it.
If we succeed we send a payment request for the amount specified in the listing.
If we fail to we send you an email with details and usually only request that you pay for the return shipping and nothing else.
Please make sure your TV has the same board before proceeding with this service or contact us if yours is different to see if we offer repair service for it.
Typical turnaround time is 2-3 business days.
This is the time it takes for a package that was received to move up the queue and get opened.
Once we open the package we usually have about 1 hour to get the case resolved or we will likely end up losing money on it.
Sometimes, depending on situation, we may leave opened box and make another try on the next day.
Note that it is not guaranteed that the queue will take exactly 2 or 3 days to process. Sometimes - especially after long holodays - it can be larger and take longer.
We do our best, but we have no efficient means of managing the work load on demand.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated elsewhere in the listing the boards we sell come with a standard 90 days warranty.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and Coppell TV Repair LLC is responsible for shipping back to customer. Returned boards subject to exchange, service or refund, subject to availability and agreement by Coppell TV Repair LLC and customer.
Returned boards must carry the Coppell TV Repair LLC identification stamp or label and must not have been damaged, modified or otherwise tampered with in order for warranty coverage to remain in force.
Boards returned with request for refund / order cancellation will be subject to restocking fee covering forward shipping cost, transaction cost and $10 fee for the board testing needed prior to slating it for sale again.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BOARD(S) SENT IN FOR SERVICE
The board(s) we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before.
The advertised flat rate for repair service is only valid when the above conditions are met.
Exceptions are possible and often applied for minor repair attempts, but we reserve the sole right to judge if and when we would consider a repair minor.
If we receive board(s) that fails the above conditions we will contact the sender and usually offer two options: 1) returning the board(s) for the sole cost of the return shipping; or 2) continuing the repair service at a higher cost in case of success.
It is also possible, depending on the condition of the board, to eliminate the second possibility and just flat our reject having to service the board.
Subject to situation and availability we may also recommend replacement of the board, again at the higher than advertised price for repair.
In all cases you will have the option to receive your own board(s) back for the sole cost of the return shipping.
